Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel each Plan, what you still owe, and how our Delivery Guarantee works.

Version 2.2 · Effective October 8, 2026

01Default rule: all Fees are non-refundable

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Fees paid to Blazed Digital (trading as The Revamp Company) are non-refundable, except under the Delivery Guarantee below. This includes monthly Plan periods that have started, upfront payments for periods that have started, project deposits, milestone payments, pass-through costs, administrative fees, interest and recovery costs.

You acknowledge that we reserve time, decline other work, incur third-party costs and begin using Pre-Existing Materials as soon as an engagement is accepted, and that a refund after that point would leave us uncompensated. You have had the opportunity to read the Statement of Work, to ask questions, and to decline the Services before paying.

This Policy applies to businesses. There is no statutory cooling-off period. If a mandatory law nevertheless requires a refund in a particular case, the refund is limited to the minimum that law requires, after deducting a reasonable amount for work already performed and costs already incurred, and is your sole remedy.

02Deposits and paid milestones

A mobilisation deposit is earned on receipt and is not refundable once we have accepted the engagement or started any work, including planning, access setup, research or scheduling, whichever is earlier.

A milestone is earned in accordance with the Terms of Service (including deemed acceptance) and is not refundable after it is earned. If you have paid a milestone in advance and we have started the work for that milestone, the payment is earned in proportion to work performed and costs committed, as determined by us in good faith, and the remainder may be retained as a cancellation fee as set out below.

03If you cancel a project

You may cancel a project outside a Plan by written notice to jarvis@therevampcompany.com. Cancellation is effective when we acknowledge it, or two (2) business days after your notice is deemed received, whichever is earlier.

On cancellation by you, the following become immediately due, to the extent not already paid: (a) all Fees for work performed up to the effective date, measured against the Statement of Work and our records; (b) all third-party costs we have incurred or committed; (c) all invoices already issued; and (d) a cancellation fee equal to the greater of twenty percent (20%) of the remaining unbilled Statement of Work Fees or one thousand US dollars (USD 1,000), as a genuine pre-estimate of lost allocation, remobilisation and opportunity cost and not as a penalty.

We may retain any sums already paid and apply them to the amounts above. If they are insufficient, you must pay the balance within seven (7) days of our cancellation invoice. If they exceed the amounts above, we are not obliged to refund the excess except at our sole discretion.

Cancellation does not entitle you to Deliverables, source code, credentials or a transfer of intellectual property for work that has not been paid in full. We may disable access immediately.

04If we cancel a project

If we terminate for your breach or non-payment, no refund is due and the same amounts as on your cancellation become immediately due, without limiting our other rights.

If we terminate for convenience under the Terms of Service, your sole remedy is as stated there. No other refund, damage or compensation is payable.

05Cancelling a Plan

Get Seen is month to month. You may cancel it by written notice to jarvis@therevampcompany.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period then running.

Get Clients and Own Your Market have a minimum term of three (3) consecutive monthly billing periods. You may give notice at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term or, if later, at the end of the billing period in which your seven (7) day notice expires. If you stop a minimum-term Plan early, the Fees for the rest of the minimum term remain due.

There is no pro-rata refund of the period then running or of any previous period. If you paid three (3) months upfront, months that have not yet started are refunded only if the Plan is month to month or the minimum term has already been met, less the upfront discount applied to the months you used.

If you stop paying, close a payment method, or ask a processor to block us, that is not a valid cancellation. Fees continue to accrue until a valid notice has run, and we may suspend immediately.

Ownership of Setup Deliverables passes to you under the Intellectual Property and Licensing terms once the Fees for the minimum term (or, for Get Seen, the months in which they were produced) are paid in full.

We may cancel a Plan on thirty (30) days' notice, or immediately for breach, non-payment, abuse or legal risk. If we cancel on notice for convenience, no Fees for the rest of a minimum term are due.

06Delivery Guarantee

If we miss work that was agreed in your Plan or Statement of Work for a given month, you may tell us in writing at jarvis@therevampcompany.com, describing the missed work. If we do not complete that work within fourteen (14) days of your notice, we will refund the part of that month's Fee allocated to the missed work.

The Delivery Guarantee covers delivery of agreed work only. It does not cover results such as enquiries, customers, rankings or ad performance, work delayed by missing access, approvals, content or payment from you, platform rejections or outages, or work outside your Plan limits.

The amount allocated to missed work is set out in your Plan confirmation or, if not stated, is a fair share of the monthly Fee determined by us in good faith based on the scope of that month. A refund under the Delivery Guarantee is your sole remedy for missed work. Notice must be given within thirty (30) days of the end of the month in which the work was due.

07The free Review

The Review is free. There is nothing to refund. If you cancel or miss a booked Review, we may decline to offer another. If we ever charge for a Review, that Fee is earned when the booking is made or when we start preparation, whichever is earlier, and is non-refundable.

08Design, preference and change of mind

Once you have approved a design, copy, workflow, information architecture or similar item, or once it is deemed accepted, dissatisfaction, a change of taste, a new stakeholder, or a comparison with another supplier is not grounds for a refund or for free rework. Further revisions are change requests.

09Discretionary refunds and credits

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, offer a refund, partial refund or credit. Doing so once is not a waiver and does not create a practice or obligation. Any discretionary amount may be paid as account credit rather than cash, and may be reduced by processor fees, FX, chargeback risk and our costs.

If we issue a cash refund, we will use reasonable efforts to send it by the original method. We are not responsible for delays by processors or banks, or for refunds sent to a closed account. You must cooperate with any verification we require.

10Chargebacks are not a refund process

A chargeback or payment dispute is a breach, not a cancellation and not a permitted refund request. The Payment and Billing Terms apply in full, including the administrative fee and your obligation to pay the original amount.

11Referral credits and partner wallets

Promotional credits, including the referral-programme wallet credit, are not cash, are not Fees you paid, and are not refundable. They expire, lapse or are cancelled as described in the Referral Partner Terms. Commission that has not completed its holding period, or that is later clawed back, is not payable and is not a refund due to you.
