Cookie Policy
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure whether ads lead to a booked call. For visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland, Google tags run without cookies. Google Fonts may receive a technical request when the page loads.
Version 2.2 · Effective October 8, 2026
02What we use today
Visiting the site is treated as acceptance of this Policy.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (or Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the UK and EEA), to count page views and understand how visitors use the site. It sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to about two years, so that repeat visits can be recognised. Google receives the page viewed, time, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site. Google receives your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not log or store.
Advertising: we use Google Ads, provided by Google LLC, through the same Google tag. When you arrive from a Google ad, it may set cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, which last about 90 days, so we can tell whether an ad led to a booked Review. When you complete a booking, we send a conversion event to Google Ads. Google may use this data to measure and improve our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the site, as described in Google's own privacy policy. We do not use TikTok, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar or PostHog on the public marketing site.
Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland: we tell Google that consent has not been given (Google Consent Mode). Google Analytics and Google Ads then set no cookies on your device and send only cookieless signals, which Google uses to estimate overall traffic and conversions without linking them to you across visits.
Session storage: while you use the Growth Score or start a booking, we keep your email, and for the Growth Score your result, in your browser for that tab only. It is cleared when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to an advertising network from the browser.
Our client portal and any authenticated area may use local storage or similar technical storage to keep you signed in and to operate the product. Those technologies are necessary for the service you asked for and are not used for third-party advertising.
03Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on this website. It sets a cookie named _fbp, and, when you arrive from a Meta ad, a cookie named _fbc. These cookies last about 90 days. They let us see which ads lead to a page view and to a booked call.
When you book a call, the browser sends a Lead event to Meta, and our server sends the same Lead with the same event id so the two are counted once. The server copy includes a hashed form of your email and name, your IP address, your browser, the page address, and the _fbp and _fbc values. Hashing means Meta receives a code derived from the email and name, not the plain text, though Meta can still match it to an account.
We use this to measure and improve our own ads. Meta processes the data under its own terms and may use it as described in Meta's privacy policy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Meta ad personalisation at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences Blocking them means we may not be able to tell that your visit came from an ad.
04Google Fonts
The website loads typefaces (Schibsted Grotesk, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive your IP address, user-agent and the font files requested. That request is made to Google, not to a cookie we set. Google's processing is described in Google's own privacy policy. We use the fonts to display the site consistently. If you do not want your browser to contact Google for fonts, use a browser extension or network control that blocks that request; the site may then fall back to a system font.
05Server logs
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, time, requested path, user-agent) for security, debugging and capacity. Those logs are not cookies. We keep them for a short operational period unless needed for security or a dispute.
06If we add more tracking later
If we introduce further cookies or similar technologies, we will update this Policy, identify them, and, where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out, ask for it or offer it before they are set.
07How you can control analytics
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout Blocking cookies stops the Google and Meta Pixel cookies described above. You can turn off Google ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com
